The NES version has a completely different game with three new stages, 59 sections and that’s it. It has some hit detection where you start with a health count, but you can get health to recover or you can defeat a mini boss which is a generator where you can add more health, and also gives you power ups and three items, a missile, a flash bomb and a crash ball where you can lose most of your health if you pick a special item. The music kicks butt, and everything in the NES game is still fantastic, but a true classic.

The NES version was one of the first games I rented as a kid and have a lot of fond memories of playing it. Capcom had a way of taking an arcade game and making it more console friendly, like the Bionic Commando or Strider ports.

W. Quirce was pretty easy for me, i got him on 2nd try. Im currently stuck on Isidora and istg this boss is wayyy too difficult.

That fifth attempt, was after I took a few days off the game. Watching the video, I realized I was being too hasty in my first four tries.

It is a great game with great value. I do have a point of criticism tho, I feel the game could do a better job of pointing out where to go next, but the extra ex0loring does get more Tears of Atonement 🤷

I am so sorry, a pet is like a family member, with them gone, like a piece of us is missing, so I totally understand. As humans, we are forced to live with the grief of the presences who are not with us anymore. Life, in general, is a cruel mistress taking things away from us when we need them the most, but I like to think that while they are gone they still have a place in our memories, we can be sad that they are gone or happy because we have been able to enjoy them to their fullest. As humans we are bound to experience the essence of the loss, and we often tend to forget the positive memories and the enduring connection that remains. It's a comforting reminder that even in the face of sadness, there is joy and gratitude for your time together.

Thank you for the kind words, understanding, and empathy. Spartacus will continue to live on, not only in my heart, but in the game as well. Just as Bandit has, in both MH World and MH Rise. I was hit with a series of bad events, back to back, and it's taken a toll on my mental health and in turn, affected my physical health. I might just go back to streaming retro and retro-style games, just to keep the channel going, but I will probably lose all the subscribers that are here for the Monster Hunter content. It feels like a Lose/Lose situation for me at the moment, but it will pass, and rhings will fall back into place. Thank you again, for your viewership, patience, and time watching my content. Viewers like you are why I dump money I don't have, into trying to improve the channel.

Personally you are not going to loose me as a subscriber we all have our up and down moments but it is worth mentioning that your streaming out a smile on my face. I never had the opportunity to see him but I remember you mentioning him in your videos, might be wrong we call it an errata corridge for argument sake. But please even if life is hard I am sure you have amazing people around you that will listen to you and be your support in time of need. Nobody needs to be alone. I have only known you threw your streams you have a vibrant personality that is incredibly easy to appreciate. You say the things as they are and this is a real blessing.so do not close yourself up! Do not fall into the depression that has silenced so many good people your personality is too beautiful for that. Your number one fan A moment in time

@momentsintime7518 I always appreciate your kind words, thank you. Regarding the channel, I do plan on starting one just dedicated to Monster Hunter (once I can afford to up my stream quality) and go back to doing retro and retro style game streaming. Speaking of which...one of my favorite retro style games, Kingdom Two Crowns, just released a new expansion, and I plan on streaming it soon. On a depressing note, I am actually very alone where I am at, all my friends live out of state or country, and I don't have much family left alive. Getting old sucks, right? I keep myself busy with projects, and I am currently doing some layout work for a comic book based off a D&D campaign I started writing years ago. It's going to be epic. I am also doing layouts
@dannyjingu3 ай бұрын
for a comic based off of my Monster Hunter characters, just have to do some work to make everything legal, so I can make money off it. I plan on doing shirts, stickers and maybe drinking glasses. I am looking forward to seeing you pop in on my upcoming streams, I have a nice collection of games to review and play, and I am figuring out how to connect my retropi to my PC, to stream old Nintendo, Sega, Turbografx 16, and MAME games! Keep checking back, it's going to be great!

I have also been playing since the original, on the PS2, then Freedom on PSP, Tri on the WII, then picked it back up for World and Iceborne for the PS4. It's not a new game to me, and I laugh when people compare the franchise to Souls-like games, because Monster Hunting games pre-dates Souls-like games around a decade
