What are you using as fuel for the lamp?
@BerserkerGang201918 күн бұрын
@@arthurdibbartistblacksmith6096 you can. Buy organic French fries grease and a fire starter made from wood shavings and wax as a wick. That lasts all night and is non toxic. And does not stink.

I have some what ofnthe same. Without belt mine rotates easy with really heavy. How much tension do have on the belt
@BerserkerGang2019Ай бұрын
I have to retention the belt every so often because we're my shop is out in the woods it's cold and moist and the belt stretches.

You need to make grease points. Drill holes were the bearings are to the correct size that match the threads from the grease zerts

When you grease them well they rotate easily under tension

my current ash lye runs 12ph (testing with litmus papers) and is very strong. I use it to prepare punk wood and it allows it to take a spark from flint and steel (uncharred).

@@terrain-hardy it's just a large metal ball from some mega large industrial bearing I found at the scrap yard. I welded it to a square piece of steel to use for exactly those type projects.
