According to Google, a Wolf Cichlid max size is 28inches in length, almost 3 feet. I think the Peacock Bass Cichlid is slightly more aggressive. I saw my 5 inch Peacock Bass ate all my dead guppies. Even dead guppies,it consume with fast predatory precision.
@bigfishlad48473 күн бұрын
@@tonythetrainee4114 Yes the Dovii will reach that size in the wild but highly unlikely in captivity

cracking video Paul and that store looked great. Fish looked really healthy and nice to see some HMF systems running-such an underrated filter in my opinion (and one you should look into trying Paul) It's so good to see really genuine and helpful staff too-makes the trip even more enjoyable

Cheers Rob yes it's a great shop and great staff, I used the filters mate started using them in the summer after my nightmare haha
@kathrynharris53863 күн бұрын
@@bigfishlad4847 I know you use the sponge filters but I'm referring to the HMF design. Where you place a large sheet of foam in one corner or one end of the tank with an air driven outlet poking out. Wirral Aquatics had one for example on their Ray tank, You should look into it-incredible biological capacity and very low maintenance
@kathrynharris53862 күн бұрын
@@bigfishlad4847 I know you got the traditional sponge filters but pretty sure you don't have the HMF style-you should look in trying one in a tank as they're great for biological filtration and very low maintenance

3 things mate on this one - 1 - Is that like an elephant ear plant? We used to have some real monsters behind our house in the Philippines 2 - I'm glad it's not just my tank that looks like it's heavily snowing at feeding time! 3 - I know I mentioned those angels on the last video but they really are little stunners!
