more = visual overload for kids the rhyming, limited color pallet and gorgeous illustrations are a perfect compliment to the imaginative retelling of basic nursery rhymes…. written for kids but can be enjoyed by adults who dare to wake up their inner child

Does this feature artwork by John Pound from the early 80’s series’? I see series 1 through 5? Is that correct?

I’m not sure. I believe I flipped through every page though in the video.

You know Tim Burton didn’t draw all of this, right? The Corpse Bride is Carlos Grangel for example, it’s just that you sound as though you think Tim Burton drew all this.
@TerryTrippArt5 ай бұрын
The Corpse Bride is written by John August, Caroline Thompson, and Pamela Pettler based on characters created by Tim Burton and Carlos Grangel. In this book, everything is drawn/painted by Tim Burton. This is a collection of his artwork.

Beautiful video. You are an amazing artist. I’ve just started doing adult coloring and this really has inspired me to be the best I can be. PS ) I love the background music. What is the name of the song and artist? ✌🏻💖🌺
@TerryTrippArt5 ай бұрын
Thank you! Coloring is enjoyable. I don’t remember the name of the song or artist. It’s a free KZbin song. Maybe try using Shazam to find it. 😀

thanks, I'm wanting to get into indie animation a little (I'm almost a sr. in HS) but I have been drawing for literally since I could hold a pencil. with you being a HS art teacher you have any other books ideas or tips on how to get better/into animation?
@TerryTrippArt7 ай бұрын
Keep your animation style very simple, and base your animation on story. There’s no way to compete against professional animation studies with skill, so try to do it with story. Good luck!

I've had my copy for decades (sometime in1980's); one of my very first figure drawing books ever, and I have a lot. I still love the book and refer to it often. A very valuable work by Jack Hamm.

I loved this video❤ I just started adult coloring and bought Crayola twistables colored pencils as there is no sharpening and they seem super portable. Can you do some more videos sing them I’m trying to start blending and wanted to know if u can do a decent blend. I appreciate you! Sending you love and light!

Thanks! I enjoy the twistables a lot for portability. For blending, I use Prismacolor. They cost a lot more though compared to the twistables. Thanks for commenting! 😃
