I have completed the test today. As for my first take I got 55 B+ score. I have followed the tips specially for telling unreliable words or sentences just to complete the 30 seconds. Then, the gave me another one (Not sure for retake) but I got a score of 50 B. Hopefully I still pass the test since I got 69 score on Written Test.

1. The customer call to get a refound for his late payment. 2. The agent reviewed the account's customer and she let him know that does exist hour limit payment in the bank politics, so she explained to the customer that is possible to do a review and if his record account apply for an option, it could help him to ask for a refound to the bank account. 3. She showed empathy and knowlegde. 4. She did a good job, and those exercises could help her to improve her skills in future situations. 5. I think that I could do almost the same process and explanations given in the video.
