Not sure if you’ve considered mixing but I accidentally stumbled upon a Freetress Gorgeous Locs/Bohemian Braid style that turned out super cute. I installed this for a weekend trip to Germany with the hubs and I’ve had it in 4 weeks since.

I would consider mixing two hair that I’ve tried before. Mixing two hair that are new to me is hard because if the hairstyle goes left it’s hard to tell which hair was the main culprit.

I just tried the beach curl for the first time for my Hawaii vacation and it was one of the absolute worst crochet hairs I've ever tried. Nothing i did made it better. It was a bird's nest on my head lol

lol I agree mine was like that the first time but I think it was because I split it so many times during the install. I tried it again and didn’t split it much (only twice in the back and middle) and it was a little better. It was still kinda ratty after a while but not as bad as before.

Woww this is just in time you have no idea. I was going to do locs for June and July but this spring has been warm overall and my head has been hot so I change my mind. I have my natural hair in mini twist now but that will only last until june but I want a little bit of ommph going forward in July and August so I needed these recommendations. I have this hair in right now bc of this review, I can see why your hair was so short after 2 weeks! I love it but u was spot on with this review! Not sure how long it’s going to last. I’m going to try to get it to last 4 weeks, that’s my idea time frame

How to make this hair last longer. 1. Learn to Seperate it gently into smaller pieces 2. Use mouse and follow with a glosser of your choice (pink lusters glosser is the best in my experience) 3. Leave your hair in a bun or bonnet majority of the time 4. Be gentle when detangling, cut off snappy ends. Don’t fight with it. The hair is gorgeous!!

I know you paid a lot for the hair but you should consider cutting the front so it frames/blends better with your leave out… the crochet hair does look like yours but the line of demarcation between natural and crochet is very obvious… that’s why I think clipping the front section to blend with your hair will make it look more seamless

The issue with cutting it into a style is that once the hair is taken out if you want to reinstall you would have to reinstall all 100+ in the exact same order to get the same style over again.

Weight requirements generally apply to checked luggage not carry on. As usually no carry on would be generally very heavy with normal items unless it was just filled with bricks lol

I bought the freetress beach wave hair but it shed so bad. I was embarrassed. I washed it but I did not comb through it before install. Was that the problem?😮

I used freetress hair back in the day, and it never did me wrong. I am thinking about doing my own crochets for the very first time, and I am researching the best crochet "synthetic" hair and I am happy to learn by your ranking that freetress crochet hair is still good hair to use 😊

Well ladies, I received my order that I waited about a month for today. I am SOOOOOOOO disappointed. We will see what Coileycue does about fixing the problem, but as of right now... All I can say is it looks like bait and switch. I paid 24.95 shipping - hair came in a BAG - not a Box. Hair texture I chose (3a) is not what showed up - clearly, not the hair pattern I chose. (they sent like a 3c - really tight curl) If someone had ordered the hair they sent me. They would be Disappointed in how dry and crispy the ends are on two of the four sets. Ill keep you posted though....😢
