Waraqa ibn Nawfal confirmed by saying: "If I had done that on that day, I would have helped and supported you." Waraqa was indicating here that the revelation that came to the Prophet was the truth, and that if he were alive in the future, he would have supported the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, in his message. Waraqa ibn Nawfal had a deep knowledge of the previous prophets, and he knew very well that what the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, brought was a revelation from God. So he said to him: "It is the law that was sent down to Moses." Meaning that the revelation that came to the Prophet Muhammad is the same revelation that came to Moses, peace be upon him. He confirms that the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, is a prophet sent by God, like the previous prophets.

According to the fabricated narrative, during a time in Mecca when Muslims faced severe persecution, prompting some to migrate to Abyssinia, the Prophet was allegedly seeking ways to reconcile with the Meccan polytheists. One day, while reciting Surah An-Najm near the Kaaba and reaching verses 19 and 20, which mention the idols Lat, Uzza, and the third idol, Manat, Satan supposedly intervened. Under Satan's influence, the Prophet is said to have inadvertently added, “These are the exalted cranes (or swans), and their intercession is hoped for,” as if it were part of the revelation. After concluding the Surah and reaching the verse of prostration, the Prophet and the Muslims present prostrated themselves. However, Ibn al-Kalbi is known to be an unreliable source with little regard for the accuracy of his transmissions. The hadith is hearsay written and compiled by a man named bukhari over 200 years after the death of prophet Muhammad (pbuh). And guess what? 600,000 were recorded yet bukhari deemed 7000 authentic. What happened to the rest? And another gentleman named Ahmed memorised 1,000,000 hadith yet only documented 4%, what a joke. The reason why that verse is not in the quran is because stoning was never intended and all these hadith followers do is cook up blatant lies.
