my favorite exercise with clients is 'what is the WORST thing that could happen?' -- someone laughs or comments or trolls? you can delete their comment and block them! What is the BEST that could happen? Someone that needs what you do could find you in just the right timing because you're now 'findable' xoxo

What an incredible video! I loved the quote you shared and the idea that you can't progress perfection. I've recorded both audio/video and have often gotten some good feedback. Yet, I always find myself holding back. I definitely have the fear of looking stupid. Yet the theme of "progress, not perfection" keeps ringing in my head.

In the early years of my career, I just went after what I wanted. I took significant risks. Who knows what or why I let the fear of cringe or embarrassment interfere with things. RIP to the fear of cringe!
