How long did this take? When you run 4 copies of a 2-layer set, does this mean it runs 8 layers and takes much longer time? I only do 4 layers (white 100% w high density and fine, colour x2 and varnish 25% high density and fast) and it already took me 1h in total so about 15mins a layer

In the software I have installed, the color mode is always locked in kcmy. How can I unlock the color mode to choose varnish or white channel? and I only see the option of 3 or 4 layers, can I add more printing layers?

Roughly 200-250€ per month if you use it 2-3 times a week. It does cleaning automatically therefore you can’t really influence the consume

*in the setup with white and varnish I think if you can avoid using varnish ant take another magenta. Maybe that’s more efficient…

So if I buy a used vj-1624/scl 1650 do I have to purchase the software to run it? 😂 $2,199 for the program. No clue if it even supports print/cut. Please help. Love to join the crew, I’m a fast learner. Or should I buy it and raspberry pi it and run it off a canon large format controller?

Mutoh 1682 SR pro Machine only able to print on white substrates . Why is this so?

Hi, the XpertJet 1682SRPRO is a sign and display machine which uses CMYK or CMYK lc lm lk or inks. To print on clear or dark (e.g. black) substrates, you need white inks. Maybe you misunderstood. The sensor seem to reject dark substrates, or a substrate with a white printable surface and a black suface at the back eg White on Black Banner material. We were told to put white tape on sensor. That is a temporary solution.

Nice design! I was wondering lately if there's a machine that's able to print both roll and flatbed materials. I'm currently using a roland roll printer and a rainbow inkjet uv flatbed printer, and I've been using them for two years, they work fine but I wish I had seen this one earlier

If we bought an XpertJet661UF but it came with Flexi Mutoh 19, can we get a free upgrade to this since it's now included with the printer? Flexi 19 Mutoh edition doesn't seem to come with any layout jig tools which is severely limiting in that regard.
