Russian seems to have more consonant endings and sometimes even more consonant clusters compared to Serbian but it compensates with its use of longer words, extra palatalization, semi-vowels/semi-consonants , soft sign "Ь" and "Й" glides which make it sound "softer" compared to Serbian. Also , some consonants such as the Russian "Ч" sound softer than the Serbian "Ч". But also , in Russian the vowels "О" , "А" and "У" sound more harsh compared to the Serbian "О" , "А" and "У"

They were mostly correct, very close. "Something close to Spanish". Actually, the Greek sounds too similar to European Spanish while the Portuguese, do not. Portuguese many say sound like as an Eastern European language. On the other hand, the Brazilian Portuguese, again, sound different than Portuguese from Portugal. The Brazilian Portuguese for me is the most annoying sounding language, mostly because how they pronounce the words, the toning. The Portuguese from Portugal don't have this problem. Second most annoying language, the Dutch, specifically from Holland. They sound like how Hollywood represent Aliens speaking in Sci-Fi movies, "scritchy-scritchy" noises. Extremely unintelligibly. Other parts of the Netherlands sound a little better.

Because this video is not in Germany they sound like Americans and there are turks here but they are concentrated in certain areas of the country like NYC. For example I'm American and the only time I have ever heard turkish spoken is by employees between each other in Turkish restaurants in NYC.

Saying Dutch is the same as German Dutch people: Hell no we DON’T. Dutch is very different from German Grammar wise and Vocabulary wise a little bit. Its the same if you say that English and Italian are the same language.

Turks really don't like being compared to Arabs 🙃 I will never forget the way my Turkish friend looked at me when I asked him why you don't speak from the throat like Arabs 😅 "Maybe it's because we are Turks and they are Arabs" he said, blushing 😂
@horriblecovers47484 ай бұрын
i think it is because of islam. Iranis often called arabs, though they have nothing to do with them, just like Turks

@idontwannabeme111 I know.. I went to Saudi Arabia in the 90s. I've been to a few more Arab countries. Last time I went to Pakistan. When my company was going to send me to Turkey in 2016, I tried for a week for them not to send me. I spent my childhood and youth in Japan. Then I came to Europe to join my father. When I think of Türkiye, I only think of other Islamic countries that I have experienced. People learn and change over time. I'm a few years away from retirement. Now my dream is to spend my retirement in Turkey 🙂

How is Turkey ‘partly’ in Europe? 🤦🏻♀️ I’m from Turkey, from Istanbul to be precise and we are not partly in Europe. Only a part of Istanbul extends to Europe. It’s not like half of the country… i dunno why my people are so desperate to appear white Euro. We are Middle Eastern and that’s ok.

@@elifylmaz3167If you want to get down into the details, Kurds are Western Asian and Turkish people are Central Asian- Turkic. Ethnic Turks look darker and with slanted eyes (like Mongolians). You are still a lot more Asian than Kurds. Ps, you can get many Kurds and Iranian people who are blonde and blue eyed (like my family) but this phenotype does not exist amongst Turkic people. You’re the kind of desperate soul who would call Bulgarians, Bosnians, Greeks etc “Turkish” but try to reject Kurds as being a part of Turkey as a nationality to appear European (thus proving my point) Get an education and stop embarrassing yourselves.
