any vibration is slight and i only took it to 6000rpm because it is being run in. I do not believe vibration will be an issue for anyone. Get to a dealer and take one out.

When the ignition goes on, i believe there is a fuel pump that starts but it doesn’t screech, perhaps yours needs attention!

Hi Nick, I changed my bike this year to a speedmaster but had that set-up on my Tiger for Two and a half years, without any issues at all. Make sure you watched video to the end, because I took the tape of and used one of the other packer pieces to take up the slack. Also make sure you have the vibration damper, your phone will thank you. I took my tiger down to Munich and back twice, was working there, also Denmark twice, working there too. Only issue I found was with the phone network sometimes (I think it was more to do with roaming allowances in some countries - especially bad for me when on French Toll roads) Happy riding

I will recommend for sure, and the route takes you through little hamlets that you would probably never ride under your own volition.

I recommend it, the reception that we got riding through the villages was quite humbling, makes you think that you are making a difference.

Hi Marc, The error codes on my bike were in reference to the quick shifter, i think they changed the sensor. The video is there to show you how to get to the error codes, I am not a motorcycle mechanic, therefore once you have the codes you know what to tell the garage or look at yourself. I have forgotten, I think it was around £190.00, which upon reflection is very cheap, although I thought it was very reasonable. Fortunately I got my money refunded and it only cost to send the package back to China.

I plug the charger into the power point at the head stock, via a USB adapter, therefore it is not draining the battery. If it was somehow, permanently fixed, I would imagine it could have the potential to drain the battery, although I believe the the small led lamp would not put too much of a drain on a regularly used bike Ian Back on Two Wheels

Hi Rob, Thank you for your comment, I will hopefully find time to watch the video you sent, every day is a school day so always happy to see how others have achieved a result. I am not sure if you watched until the end of my video, but I ended up removing the tape and utilising another of the rubber inserts to pack out the clamp, it has been very secure and I have done 5000 miles without issue, even a 15 hour journey from Munich to Northamptonshire. If you have not already done so, I would totally recommend the vibration damper as a must have and the charging unit is also a great buy. Glad my video was at the very least helpful to some people, makes it all worthwhile. Enjoy the 850 sport as much as I enjoy my ride. Ian

@@backontwowheels9469 TY. I did get the vibration damper. I'm still on the fence with the charger since It looks like I can run a traditional android charger from the outlet in the forks. Hoping it holds up well while riding. Thanks again.

@@jerrymorales6501 yes for sure you can, I have a 2 port USB adapter plugged into the outlet, although it was a drama getting one because they are different to a standard car charger (cigarette lighter size) so I had to go on-line to buy it. The damper is key though because I did have a quad lock on my CRF and the phone camera played up after about 800 miles of vibration. Ian

Well I was happy with it at the weekend, I did spy what looks like light passing in at a couple of spots but there was no leaking that I was aware of. It was a good choice I think, being able to stand up is a definite bonus
