Hello Andrew, great video, looks as though you were on the wreck the same day as us, can see our shot line on the stern, what filming equipment do you use ? those lights are great. Regards Jamie

Hi Jamie - it is just a gopro (was a hero 10 i think) with a pair of cheap Trustfire DF50 video lights

Has anyone dived SS Emerald just few 100m from Caleb Sprague? My Great Grandfather sadly lost his life in the same E-Boat attack onboard her. What is the general rule for recovering items from the vessels? I would love to find out more. Thanks for this great video 🙏🏻

I know of the wreck of the SS Emerald but have not dived it yet. I can always ask the skipped to drop me there next time we go in that direction and shoot some video for you if you would like that.

Hi, fascinating but please respect. My grandfather, Charles Johnson, died there, the only casualty.

Very Nice ! What Camera / Lighting setup do you use?

Trying a new simpler one this year. Basic gopro in one hand and an aqualung aqualux 5000 on wide focus in the other.

Hey, I just wanted to say thank you for posting your videos of the Caleb Sprague. My great, great uncle was a fireman/trimmer in the engine room and was killed when it sank. It's been really interesting to find our more about the ship and see the wreck. Anna.

Evita Reviews Glad you liked it Anna. I will try to let you know next time we go out to dive it.
