what is core clock of you 5700xt? because power consumption on your gpu seem low my oc rx5700xt clock 2250mhz and it consume 200-270w.

This game isn't heavy on CPU, it mostly dependant on GPU power. Actually 6600xt while being the same card in terms of raw power runs this game much better, 20% more fps during scenes

I just played it with ryzen 5 3600 and 5700xt made my custom graphics preset, running mostly 60 fps every area. Just some stutters and I guess its just that the game is poorly optimized it even stutters on ps5 port sadly.

It looks like it's becoming a standard in the gaming industry. In Until Dawn, they removed frame generation and upscale for older cards, and now in Silent Hill 2, older cards like the RX 580 don't have FSR 3.0 and it's only going to get worse...

Yeah i think because this GPU is old and i checked the other benchmark for the newer GPU cards and they do have FSR3.

How old your PSU?, have you tried already to undervolt your GPU, it might help.

@@testingrx5700xt yes sir i already try to undervolt my gpu is almost 4yrs and may psu is new 1yr almost sir i tried all tweeks undervolt/lowsetting/high-ultra setting/editing in registry base on got fix tutorial/changing my ram from 32gb to 16gb also try to lowering the hz of ram and oc the cpu etc,, i tried a lot but its not working . when i play the game its work like 5-20mins then crash/blackscreen/freeze but in the other game like spiderman mike morales theres no issue there i play it smooth,. idunno wtf is this problem -_-

Basically the game didn't ban HDD like Starfield, but using SSD is good for 0.1% low fps so no stutter and texture load faster with SSD
