This will usually solve the problem..Just be mindful that this step almost drinks up 1/4 of the cartridge ink... better to try print head cleaning or printer head deep cleaning steps first... i.e. release stop button after two blinks for printer head cleaning...if it doesnt help then release stop button after 3 blinks for deep cleaning...my problem solved after this... perform the step mentioned in the video if the above two steps dont solve the problem....

You can buy a new sponge and reset the code in diagnostic mode.

It's not working

The color ink flush fixes the magenta problem, but it comes back after a few days (7 days at most). Is this caused by a failing printhead? Or something else? I need to know to take the decision of purchasing a new printhead or a whole new printer.

It didn't solve my printer problems. The printer just goes into a loop and the amber light flashes7 times and then repeats itself. I have no printer functions at all

Bro, This process has changed as of July 2024. I ordered 2 TVs this week Only and hence I know for Xiaomi TVs I ordered from Amazon in New Delhi. A third party seller called #DawntechElectronics is selling refurbished Xiaomi TVs on Amazon these days. The Box I got was resealed and delivery boy tried his best to fool us by saying, "I'll open and show the TV and even install it for you". But latter added the condition, will do it after you make the payment! 😂 Then we asked him what if something is wrong with the TV and it's not working fine right now, or tomorrow or few days latter? For this his reply was, then you can call Call Center Helpline for replacement or repair under 1 year warranty. When I checked, Amazon said replacement is done by the brand and not by Amazon. And these days Amazon site clearly says that open box inspection items aren't accepted back. So simple point is #OBD of Amazon (Open Box Delivery) is also a scam and is not the same as #Flipkart 's OBD where if the product is opened and found damaged on delivery, then money is returned (if cash) there and then and product is taken back. If payment is online then refund takes maximum 2 to 4 days only. ***So please don't confuse 'Open Box Delivery' process (and the related T&C) of **#Amazon** and **#Flopkart**.*** NEVER TAKE A RESEALED TV Box. Never break this rule or else your TV may last a week, a month or a year but not more than that. I asked the Delivery Boy and Amazon, why they reseal / retape the TV Boxes with sloppy duck tape? Their answer was hilarious, "Sir, we check if everything inside the box is ok before shipping it to the customer!" 😂 So I asked the delivery man, "Do you ever buy resealed Mobile Phone for yourself or a resealed milk packet or Amul butter etc etc for your family?" They obviously had no answer for this... Amazon is not the same company anymore. They won't dare to do such frauds in the US! I bought 2 TVs last year also from Amazon, but that time Boxes had proper original company seal (tape has company logo and big huge staples on both top ends of the tv box) and that time third party seller was Cloudtail Pvt. Ltd. This Dawntech Electronics is a new third party seller of Amazon that was onboarded last year only. Some Agarwal owns this company. I'm not a KZbinr and work at CXO level in Fintech company but I'll upload the video we recorded of this horrifying dekhe et experiences we went through this week hoping that more customers can benifit from it and someone at senior level at Amazon takes action to get rid of fraudulent politically linked third party sellers and delivery team members involved if any.
