Welchen Vorteil hat es wenn der Krannediener direkt am Kran sitzt? Bei uns kommt der Hacker mit einem Valtra und kann alles mit Joysticks aus der Kabine am Kran machen. Vorteil, es ist ruhiger , er ist gut geschützt und der ganze Staub und Schmutz kommt auch nicht an ihn ran... Der Häcksler an sich macht einen guten Eindruck!

12 seconds cut to cut wile operating , so 0.113 cubic m per cut ( assuming 60cm by 40 cm) in theory 300 cuts per hour realistically 150 to 200 cuts . So lets say 200 , so 22.6 solid Cubes an hour , There is approxly 3 solid CM of wood in a cord which is 5.09 loose cubic m so about 7.5 cords per hour or 38.34 loose cubes assuming value adding of $50 low ball to $100 per cube thats say $2000 per hour to $3500 per hour less running costs of probably $500 an hour with those dryers and trucks and and and , so if you have the customers 25-$50k profit a day depending on hours operated , but If I had 2-3million dollars outlayed id be running it 24 Hours

The splitter is fed manually??? Manual stacking in pallets?? Surely better solutions available.

Far too easy to damage removeogs this way. Look at the way the back plate and cradle are moving. Will result is twisted frame or cracks or just basic loose bolts.
