My plan for this commander is a magecraft style deck, where I get a bunch of payoff from casting instants and sorceries. Use green for ramp and do search for land instead of mana rocks, blue for tons of counterspells, and black tutors and blue/green combos for card draw. Then it's just magecraft-like payoffs and some spells that steal permanents or hijack opponents spells. Plan on having very few nonland permanents myself, though. Thinking more Villainous Wealth than Grave Titan.

I play with my mom and brother, and my mom (who started recently and barely plays) plays an Aesi deck that my brother built for her (which is OP and basically autopilots). Anyway, she frequently has 20-30 cards in her hand, thanks to a few cards eliminating maximum hand size, so Recurring Insight is an especially good tip for me, lol. Sure 6 is expensive, but not to draw a quarter of your deck! Part of why I am playing this commander is trying to keep up with her crazy card draw. Thanks for the tip!

I would replace spell book with necropotence as a secondary commander effect. Don’t want to be skipping our discard phase with this one though. 😉

I really like your Deck tech. My friend and I bought a reap the tides and rebuilt it 2 different ways. He keep asi and I used the Kinnen I pulled. The funny thing is your deck is like the best of both halves. It’s cool too see. Keep up the great work. And I hate that Epiphany card it’s crazy OP
