EA nerfed the pack for sure. I was pulling Marner X factors and a purple almost every pack and sometime two purples in one pack on the first day. Now the packs seem mediocre at best.

@@MrVinkuleluI'm not pulling partially upgraded Marner X Factors anymore and haven't since hour 2 of the packs release and I can cracked 23 packs day 1 hour 1 pulled a ridiculous amount of good cards including a 94 Matthews MSP. I have opened about 25 since and my pulls are not at the same calibre at all. Still pulling 92 and 94 TOTW but not at the same rates.

They did this on purpose. See how they literally change the entire way events work with this single event compared to ALL the ones we just had this year. Its solely for the reason to deplete your collection right BEFORE they drop tots events. So you waste your collection and EA is hoping people will need to buy packs for the tots event that comes next. Planned 100%

Skip for sure. But T.O.T.S is around the corner might as well see if you can get enough collectibles and those 50 OVR cards to get a bit of fodder without spending anything. Hoping to make atleast an 87 each week....if not an 86 per week is fine, a couple of collectibles is a couple of collectibles closer to a T.O.T.S set.

That’s true but if someone has her x factor then it requires like 10-12 power up collectibles to make her 92. Power ups are so easy to get by just playing the game with event cards. So basically 150k

This event is making me hate this mode. I will be lucky to make one ToTY card. Clearly a event to just separate people from their money via FOMO. 1 week? All my HUT Champs opponents rolling like 3 or 4 of these cards in their lineups already. Fuck this mode. Like people are spending 1000s to gain a temporary advantage in a fake hockey game. Unbelievable.

It’s 1 week for men players and after that 1 week for women. Yeah it’s dumb if they can make 5 totys. I’m a free to play and i’ve been saving my high overalls for quite some time but i just made Gretzky so I’m able to make 2 TOTYs. HUT is unfair for people who don’t play it weekly. One TOTY card costs about 800-900k to make. Online versus is great place to have similarly skilled teams 😉 subscribe if you enjoy my content 🙏

@ItzJuti well somehow I was able to eek out 3 ToTY cards. 1 40 collecible card, and 2 discounted ones with XF trade. I grinded all week to get packs and also purchased some 86ovr for 35k each to get there. Still no money spent. I also made an Excel sheet to help calculate how many ToTY collectibles I could get out of my collection so that I could maximize my output and minimize mistakes. With how expensive each collectible is, buying more than you need or making a bunch and not having enough to make a card would be super wasteful. I will share it.

Oh, and I did the ToTY Hutverse objectives to get the "free" 8 ToTY collectibles. That Shea Weber center card is ridiculously good. I am powering him up to 90, eventually. I'm going to need a vacation after this week.

@ItzJuti I made MacKinnon, McDavid, and Makar. Makar only because I could make at a discount. I would have preferred to make Miro or even Tkachuk and just keep Makar's Xfactor, but I absolutely had nothing left to throw at it. My collection is bare. Mac and McD are absolutely unfair with the speed and shooting synergies. So is Makar.
