How on earth do you get text-to-speech software to be this bad? The speech synthesis that came preinstalled on my 1994 Macintosh could dictate far better than this, with natural pacing. Not this stilted mess.

Thank you for the clear explanation. Not sure if I'm right but I'm skeptical of the star to Delta. You said it was for stepping down voltage at the end of the transmission line. I question it since (where I live, maybe different in your country) we have a 4 wired system that is distributed. And Delta cannot use a 4 wired system. So if you anyone can, please help with clarifying the matter.

At 0:42 U say its Self start motor, and from 3:45 u prove that it's not self-starting motor. * it is not self starting motor
