Is 6lb to heavy? I don't feel like getting the 4lb 🙈 or do u prefer 4lb instead of 6lb?

Won't work if you're 6' foot and above.

If you're 6' foot and above the rope won't touch the ground when skipping. The video is misleading.

Does this rope only work from ppl under 6'1? Cause mine is too short even with the long rope attachment.

Wow. Other people do the things I do with rope. Wow. I have been accidentally doing this matador trick since the 90s :) If you put a couple of knots at 1/3 way into the rope it is easier to learn a pattern where the rope loops through a set of confined spirals.

Might want to move back a bit on the bosu ball, his neck is cranked forward. It's a great variation but you need to be supported by your upper back not your neck, or you will cause damage to your cervical spine

I would love to see a simple walking program. This would be addressing those not interested in further rope but to connect rope/walk

Thanks for video! As a suggestion for future videos, would you consider filming against a brighter background? As it is, seeing the black rope is difficult.

I’m in my 60s and I can still hill run (on mountain bike trails) and sprint (on the soccer field at the HS). DW’s head over foot method has helped me increase my running efficiency in both areas. It actually does work. However, I have a question. I noticed that with trail running, which has a lot of twists and turns as well as ups and downs, momentum plays a big part in how I run. When I’m turning, I’m not exactly sure where my head is in relation to my center of mass and my foot but I suspect that, due to momentum, it is not a vertical line. To run efficiently in uneven terrain with, rocks, roots, mud and other obstacles, you must think a few steps ahead and set yourself up for the next move. It’s essentially a proprioception exercise where your body head and feet learn to react instinctively to what is coming next. Especially if you run fairly quickly as I do. Could you do a video on how changing direction, especially quick changes in direction, effects running mechanics? What should the proper alignment be for maximum efficiency?

Hello Friend, I saw your KZbin channel. Your channel has many videos but not enough views and subscribers. Your channel should be optimized, and your videos are very good but your video optimization is very bad Example: The SEO score is very low; there is no perfect title or description; no SEO-friendly tags added; no social media sharing platform; and some of the settings in your KZbin channel settings are not correct. Because of this, your video is not reaching the people who are interested and you are not getting enough views, likes, and subscriptions There are many problems for which your video views and subscribers are not good. As a result, your video views are not affected. You need SEO for your KZbin channel immediately. As a video SEO expert, I look forward to your response. I can help you grow your KZbin channel .I hope you understand. Have a nice day. Regards Sujon
