What are you running to get 4k in VR DCS?

So its not exactly 4K in the vr itself the resolution quality as follows: VR- 39 PPD or (1200x1200 2192x1880) DCS is at 3840x2160 I am getting any where between 45-85 Frames depending on where I am at in the game and what assets are loaded in. System Specs 3090Ti i9-12900ks 64 GB RAM 2TB NvME m.2 storage

I wanna say I was getting 30-60 FPS depending on where I am at, given this was in SP Mode. Today on TTI Kola, it was a bit more laggy not sure why and their servers kept crashing(connection timed out for everyone)

If I am understanding correctly you are talking about the technicolor options in DCS? If yes, then yes I am. I believe it was called techn3, something ending in a 3. I will double check when I get on today.

It’s looks ok.. Honestly not a big improvement over Caucasus. For 150gb it needs to look a lot more than just ok.

The terrain is a huge improvement over caucasus. But it does lack a lot of details like towns, cities, POI. I was cruising over finmarksvidda, into Finland and Russia at 20k feet and it looks beautiful. But low level around lofoten did not look great. Lot's of work to do. I'm happy to finally be flying over my own country even if it's just the northern half.

nice work dude, you should work a bit on your framing and increase the time you spend on a shot and drive the tank a little slower. It can help with making it look more suspenseful and cinematic but I like the atmosphere you made here. keep doing shit like this.

Thank you so much 🥲 means a lot ❤️ Well the reason for one maverick is I try to take the most realistic load out, you may notice in my older videos I took everything I could 😂 but I've started doing that when I was in with the AIN squadron & they taught me a lot. In my personal opinion it makes the most sense because I can do 1 job effectively & make it back to base in one piece.

Its pretty good just make sure you have the zoom mapped which is always helpful, but me personally still got a lil trouble with dog fights and following the enemy

@@yayaya1193able it's definitely not blurry and you can see targets but the zoom helps. Also im not sure if you're aware Varjo also will stop supporting the Aero for regular consumers like us. Which makes me frustrated but it is what it is...if i was buying a VR all over again check out the Pimax, ive seen good things but i cant speak on it since i have the Aero
