I just found you from a face book. I am an older dance teacher and been having hip pain making it difficult to teach. I have been trying various stretches and such, but wondering if you have any tips that could help.

Hi KIm, I would really recommend that you see someone professionally for this just to be sure that what ever stretches you start doing, you will not be making things any worse for yourself. Once you know what you are dealing with then you can start to manage it with the correct exercises and stretches. I understand how frustrating this can be having moved so freely once, to be suddenly restricted. Do look after yourself though. Your body is your temple for the rest of your life. You need it to be well and strong. Be kind to it and sensible. Self nurture. Very best of luck with it.

I would honestly love to come and watch a performance from you guys theres such an apparent connection between all of you and that is really important it just adds to the atmoshphere. Also the music is really amazing. Buttt I am only 14 and I do not live in London and my parents are not really into this kind of music. I enjoy watching it on youtube though.

I have always been told that doing ballet damages your bones, and therefore I was scared of trying it, but since I gave this a watch it looks like a fun pass time in quarantine actually, I'm quite young so I'll be looking out for more videos to learn from 👀 Thanks tasha ❤️

Yes, I love it so. I saw a clip for a course she is offering and decided to look for more information. I always check the sound of a teacher first, so I know I will know if I will enjoy listening to them. I was so happy as soon as she spoke. Energy + voice.
