These “revolutionary new” treatments that are oh so impressive are failing left and right in CT’s. It just proves no one really has a total understanding of what is going on or what to target in treating schizophrenia and bipolar. These are whole body metabolic and mitochondrial dysfunction disorder issues. It’s wild that litteraly no progress continues to be made for this population and these people are essentially left to rot and die in their beds because science can’t figure out what the f*** to do. These are extrodinarily complicated disorders but science must push push for better understandings

Tramadol is a glutamate antagonist & the only thing that's ever helped my treatment resistant depression. Unfortunately it became a schedule 4 controlled substance so my Dr stopping prescribing it. Yes Dr Carney & the gentleman doing this video made a lot of $ on ketamine (spravato) & that's a controlled substance & yes it's a glutamate antagonist as well. Ketamine for depression is far more dangerous than low dose tramadol for treatment resistant depression. Big pharma & most Dr 's are corrupt & have a financial interest in prescribing or denying people effective treatment. Ketamine treatment for treatment resistant depression is not covered by insurance so only wealthy people get it. The US medical system is totally corrupt. It's all about greed. I even tried Auvelity and that didn't help. Dr Carney used to work at Mount Sinai hospital and was involved with the ketamine IV trials. Janson Pharmaceuticals is actually owned by Johnson & Johnson. These Dr's imo don't truly care about helping those that suffer with trd...$ is their only concern unfortunately. Sanjay Mathew was a good psychiatrist at Mount Sinai in Manhattan but unfortunately he's no longer there.

As someone with schizophrenia, I have to caution everyone with the diagnosis away from cannabis. For me, the very second I smoke some, the delusions and voices come racing into my head. I really don't see a way that it can be beneficial at all. Quite the opposite.

In discussion with my friend she said that she will never make payment to any medication when I ask why? She said four consecutive times she ordered and she didn't see any, I feel for her anyway because is not easy to be disappointed but, I told her my product is arriving US tomorrow according to DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on KZbin and it was so, not only that I got healed just within 17days of usage. And my friend who said over her dead body will she order for any medication is now asking me to give her the doctor number. May you live long to heal more souls ✨✨

Ok I'm a real person diagnosed with treatment resistant major depression. I'm 43 and I've had it for over 20 years. I have tried every pharmaceutical drug knowing on label and the off label ones. The drugs help a bit but they don't actually work to fix my problem they just help me mask it better. And also I think the doses of the drugs given a far too low they should be at least tripled. And to really see if they work you should be allowed to take as many as you like it first safely.

I deduct that I am resistant to antidepressants. Now free of treatment, mental health services having discharged me last March, what do I do. I had mild hypomania for two months some months ago which I recognized and managed to control. I now have for 2 months a very severe depression, i can hardly move out of my bedroom. I have ndis support workers visiting 4 times a week, the psychosocial isolation I found myself in the last 10 years is a growing factor. Is the depression going to go away without my lifestyle changing? It can not change actually. When are those new treatments come into play? I know a ketamin spray is available in this town but no gp is willing to prescribe it, one said it was only for cancer patients. The waiting list for a private psychiatrist here is 6 months! What do I do? Mental Health Public Hospital will no prescribe ketamin nasal spray, why?

Gabriella Gobbi doesnt seem to realize that there are treatment resistant depressive patients all over the world, not just where she works. We are trying to save our lives by basically doing criminal acts and going to the black market and she's happy to tell everyone '"hey good news, we solved depression".
