A little more safety-conscious and the device would be very good for young people

Danger. Need a guard on the pullys and belt. Injury potential of this is horrific.

Would love to bat in front of that considering it just threw a pattern about 12 foot wide. One of them hit the ground just past the concrete, lol.

Awesome!! Hey I was thinking you should use those adjustable sliding poles on each side the ones that have the button you push in to raise up or down. That would definitely help with accuracy and things. Cheers

If you could add a second powered tire and be able to control all kinds of possible spins, then you've build yourself a beast.

Cool! Is it possible I can have the plans for how you made this? Or was this all in your head?

The only problem with the machine is the feeder. Everything else is awesome. But that feeder is snagging the ball. That's why it's not accurate. Just move the feeder so the ball hits the top of the wheel. If you are looking at the wheel like a clock, the ball is hitting around 10. You want it to hit near 12 or just a little bit before. Plus the ball doesn't need that much metal to travel along. It only needs about 1/3 of that. But otherwise, this is a nice machine. I'm guessing it's top speed is around 70 or 80. If you said in the video, I missed it. But you could make and sell it. Regular machines are in the thousands now.

This is true to the method of building one, however the tire wheel is a flaw you need a concave. Perhaps a rim.

People fail to understand the complexity of this build. Yeah yeah it's a spare tire and motor but try building one and watch it wobble into pieces and kill you on first power up. Great job.

WTF... Everything was a rainbow to a different continent. Id be afraid of getting in the cage with that POS if it could exceed 40 MPH
@nicholastrigilio23066 жыл бұрын
Dan Ryan You do realize a real pitcher isn’t perfectly accurate either. I’m sure they can tweak it a bit and get it to where it needs to be. If you are afraid of that quit baseball because unless you’re 10 all pitchers exceed 40mph and honestly how bad do you think that would hurt?

The most accurate pitching machine in the world can only guarantee a strike 99/100 times, it can't even locate a corner. Making these things accurate requires university level work.
