theres a techneek to interveiwing you ask a quistion then stop,,they let you fill in the blanks and talk to much ,.if they ask aquistion answer that only then stop, you fillid in to many answers you wernt asked .,you have difficulty washing up she didnt ask you that, but she knows you can clean and shave and wash up,ive had 5 of these,.,never go on your own,I only ever go out to do shopping by bus,o my god youve just killed it your finished ..thats a good shift 36 hrs you can work,., this is what you say .,i dont cook my sister brings me a sandwich every night,.ive had 3 fires,. i dont go shopping my sister brings it, i dont shower case i black out, i put a little bit of water in bath so i dont drownd , i never go out im isolated paronoid ,i dont have pets i would forget to feed them,and i cant bend down or use a tin opener .i cant use a lap top i get head aches i have epilepsy , i can go 3 weeks without seeing anyone .or going out only my sister if im awake ..i hope this helps .,

These people need SUPPORT & Reassurance that they are not going to be made homeless, suicidal, or worse off as a result of trying to get better, looking for voluntary work, or testing the water in part time work. Subjecting them to an inquisition only makes them dig their claws in more, double down, turn to more medication, & hide AWAY from society. They could be the clandestine workforce of our country with the right support & incentives. But not now... It will take another 8 years of honesty, & transparency by the Government to restore trust, faith, & confidence for that to happen.

The problem this guy has got is that he has no medical proof from a doctor - he has no current perscription, had no scans and hasnt been going to his doctor recently about all of these problems he has...his only medication is Paracetomol which he buys from the shop

This is the equivalent of a modern day witch hunt. How people put up with this demonising of the sick and disable is beyond me, I guess the majority of people are fit and healthy and have good jobs, for the moment. In the UK statistics show that 1 out of 2 people will get cancer, that's 50% of the population, 1 out of 4 people will have mental health problems at some point in their lives. More than 10 million people have arthritis. 1 in 10 people have life changing accidents, I could go on but you get the point. I would like to see them laugh that lot off when they are the ones being told they are fit for work.

On Monday, I had my PIP assessment and it lasted 90 minutes of non stop cross examination. It was nothing like this and I'm surprised that I had time to breath. It was so stressful, that when I got home, I actually cried for two hours. I've suffered weeks of anxiety and sleepless nights, and I was genuinely terrified. In comparison, although my assessor was so unbelievably abrupt and scrutinised every single answer, this lady just sat behind a desk asking a list of questions in chronological order Jesus, the constant noise of that 1990's keyboard! My Mum attended the meeting and I couldn't have done it without her. Until the outcome, I have another month of stress and anxiety.

I am even more depressed watching this video, I have been basically kicked in the balls for about 6 months now, I was a full time carer for my mother, and she died in her room out the blue one night, I haven't worked in years because she was so fucking sick that I needed to be in the house with her 24/7, I couldn't even go out to the shop's, was basically like being in prison, I even needed to get Asda's delivery for food. The system treated her like shit, she got full DLA and stuff, but noone really cared for her but myself. She died and i needed to sell most of the little I had just to get her cremation, over £700 for a deposit for the funeral parlour before they would even go ahead with the funeral, I was told they would literally keep her body on ice until I got the money paid. So now I'm depressed as fuck, can't get a job because I haven't worked in years due to looking after my mother, been left with the council house, which in itself was a struggle to keep and now I have all these bullshit assessment to go through, been liveing in extreme poverty the last 6 months, really I am at my wit's end, but fuck the bastards, I'll never let the fuckers grind me down. I'll probably end up homeless in the next year, really I have no hope in this Government, the clowns that run it, their arse lickers or their slaves, fuck them all to hell.

Really helpful as I don't know what to expect from my upcoming assessment .

Was the your medical with Atos or Maximus and did you pass you pass your medical.

By 7mins in you've told her too many things that you can do, rather than focussing on what you can't. I'm agoraphobic and never go out alone. If she asked me about shopping, I'd tell her (truthfully) that I shop online and ask a neighbour to purchase milk etc for me between online supermarket deliveries. I'm surprised more people haven't uploaded the audio of these assessments.

John, I will say the same to you as I do anyone who has a medical assessment coming up. TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU!! An adult and request that they be allowed in the room with you too. Make sure the adult knows not to barge in with any comments, but by the same token, make it very clear to them that if they feel you are either making a mistake or have forgotten something that they give you a nudge and quietly remind you of whatever it is that you need to say. If when you ask for the person to be allowed to come in with you to the interview, insist that the person is your UNPAID carer. It can (and likely will) cost you points on your assessment for going there alone. I have found this out the hard way mate!

@John Cameron I stopped at 01:54 for a reason but I answered a point below, you have admitted that you are able to do some work, so straight away you dropped yourself in the shit in less than 2 minutes.

Fraudlent bastards, don't consent to their bullshit assessments, ask to have the functional assessment recorded and also a record of the assesses qualifications, believe me they won't show you them it's all unethical !

Had to get my MP involved to reinstate my ESA when they cut if off for a year, so I wish you the best of luck.
