Sir i have watched whole video but i didn't got the answer 😢..sir can u plz say how to increase bodywater percentage in the body mine is low around 52% 😢and b.w is 70kg and i am a active person goes to Gym 6 days a week and my stepcount is around 10000 to 11000... and I am drinking lots of water from past 1 year but still water percentage in body is still low I hope you will reply for this.. as soon as possible sir 🙏
