Wowwww! Tip #1! I even had a suspicion that it needed to be wet and I kept it in the unit with the water just sitting there for 2 days! and it didn’t work! ONLY when I took it out and soaked both ends for a few seconds it worked!! I even tried to return it but they wouldn’t take cus it’s a cheap store! There was a whole adventure with that whereas all that was needed to add to the instructions was to SOAK the tube!! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

The operating instructions in our manual all explain about soaking the cotton filter inside the tube, perhaps the instructions from different manufacturers vary.

It needs an essential oil cotton filter to absorb water from the bottom of the water tank and conduct it to the topmost atomizing piece for spraying water mist. If the concentration is too high, it may cause the cotton filter to be unable to effectively absorb water and the atomizing piece to be unable to effectively spray mist.

the top seal is the ultrasonic atomizer, the core part. remove means damage, the spring should be under the cotton filter in the tube.

No bro, itself builtNo, this product just has a built-in timer function, which automatically shuts down when the set time is reached. The presence of water in the tank does not affect the timer function. Therefore, if there is insufficient water in the tank, the product will operate without water, leading to damage.

you can check the inner diameter of the tube in your product. Then, refer to the inner diameter to buy a spring that can fit inside. The height of the spring should be around 1cm, in a compressed state is approximately 2-3mm. A simpler solution is to use a spring from a pen as a substitute, and it should work fine in most cases.

The difference between the two is that water-soluble essential oils are better absorbed and conducted by a cotton filter after blending with water, while prolonged use of conventional essential oils may cause the cotton filter to become excessively viscous and clogged. Water-soluble essential oils have lower concentrations and fragrance compared to conventional essential oils.
