titles a bit ironic lol 🤣, I suppose the solutions are easy bit difficulty comes in execution.

I believe that’s the case with most things if not all in life. Things are much simpler than we think they are purely because we don’t try them. When you try your best you often realise how much easier things are.

Dalai Lama said to accept suffering is the start of relieving its pain. However, it's not easy to strike an enough balance to know when to stop the suffering... cos embracing suffering can also be used to keep people in their place.

KZbin’s algorithm is unkind, but likes and comments help defeat it! I think the only thing you need to do in these videos is to occasionally add little graphics on screen to help add a little bit of flare, then you can probably defeat the algorithm! ❤

Comparing yourself to others is waste of energy the reason why is because you can’t be another person

My way....to most, just say 'NO' !! With the others, use synonyms of NO viz., let me see/ try, seems difficult, but I shall consider, oh, it would have been possible last week, but this week, am awfully tied up....and blah blah...there are numerous ways to decline diplomatically. Not many know this, but NO isn't a negative word...it is positive, all along!

what if minimalism is like running away from your problems because you are overwhelmed. what if minimalism is about wanting control over life because things appear to be out of hand. Clearing the clutter is important but maybe the way to do it is solving the smallest issue one by one instead of restarting completely. there is a beautiful term in product design called, "graceful degradation". If life looks complicated then maybe it is complicated and you need to accept that and then solve the issues one by one by listening to your problems. I have seen people who appear to be minimalist but are unhappy and i have seen people who are proudly maximalist but have no fear of losing anything and they seem to be so happy. I agree with the title of this video. life really is simpler than we think but it takes a lot of complications to understand that simplicity lol.
