The year was 1995 and I had just graduated high school a few months earlier. I joined the service in an effort to grow further than my family’s plans for me. That’s the same year the PlayStation one came out. As soon as I was away from home I started what is now a life long love of anime. It began with the Ninja Scroll three years prior, during the early days of Studio Manga. And it was cemented when Ghost in the Shell came out in March 1996. One of the first things I bought with my Army pay was a PlayStation one. I bought a PAL chipped VCD playing version. The chip allowed me to play a whole slew of Japanese games that never saw the light of day here in the states. And the VCD upgrade allowed me to play video compact discs so I could watch movies from Japan. Back then the inter webs was a brand new frontier. Access was available through dial up. Loading pages was snooze level slow. I remember when GITS came out it was awe inspiring experience of adult cartoon storytelling. I remember shortly there after having to locate a Japanese video import store. On their shelves was a whole new world of entertainment. But most importantly they had Ghost in the Shell on VCD. I bought it, took it home to my PlayStation with was hooked up to a Bose Acoustimass sound system. I used to just leave the movie on replay. I often fell asleep while indulging on pizza. Those were simpler days, just me and whatever haphazard passion I had. Today, I’m a sushi chef. Former owner of Naked Sushi Entertainment. And I still watch this movie till this day. In fact there was a time when you would land on my website to book our services and this song “night stalker” was playing in the background. I’m not sure what it is about this jam. But I’m bring it back to play on my new site. To once again start new memories born of life long passions into food, art, history and anime. - Life Long fan of Ghost in the Shell

At first, I falled in love with Electric Sheeps, then Blade Runner. I continued with Akira, and I loved it. This was the successor...and goddamn it's so pristine, philosophycal, so contemporary and futuristic at the same time.

Feels like this title ,and the music is perfect, just this looped 10 seconds are better than most of today's music , an anime is better than most of today's too
