You can build a R/Shiny web application in an R studio environment. Then, you can create a docker image from the same repository of your project. I hope that it will help you. You can contact me directly if you have further questions.🤝

This is very useful and nice from you. Thank you. Can you use another condition, and after kit definition type another condition --barcode_kit "(kit version)"?

Thanks for the comment, what kind of sample do you have? Why do you need barcode_kit condition?

@@bioinformaticscience3664 Hi, Thank you for your response. After few months and few tries and fails we have obtained skill to live basecalling the sequenced data on windows 11 through MinKNOW application. So for now it is solved. Thank you again.
