the Issue is actually the servers. play when the world is asleep.. its works far better when you are in a good server, but the test servers are not great. I only know this because one time i got in a server by myself and the game worked perfectly for 4 straight hours. any time i am in a good server with low pop it works well but any time theres more then like 60 people in a server its super buggy and all.

@CitizenWeez problem is I'm usually asleep when the world's asleep lol. I'm sure it'll be good one day but until then I'll stick with elite dangerous

this is such a stupid comment. Elite dangerous has more terraformed earth like planets then SC does, they just don't let you go there because their game engine is vastly inferior. both games have terraforming as part of the lore. SC is far more "realistic" in almost every way. ED doesn't have a universe either.. it has a copy and paste galaxy where you loading screen jump from one instance to the next. you are not seeing "space" lol you are watching a loading screen. and in 2 months there will be another system in SC that you can travel too and the jump won't be a loading screen. you either don't play SC or you are lying. I can fly a ship from the surface of a planet into space to the space station with out a jump. you can not do that in ED because space in ED is fake. you are either ignorant or delusional.

Yes, I agree with you, Elite is less technologically advanced than Citizen, which has loading screens. And what does that change? It has excellent gameplay and a lot of things to do. And it has things that Citizen doesn't have. And it has a universe. Yes, within the Milky Way, but it exists. Yes, it is procedurally generated, but despite this, it can be explored and there is something to see. There are stars of various classes. Regular ones, pulsas, quasars, and black holes. And you can see all of this. And there are many stations and systems that you can visit. And there is something to do. There is a lot of gameplay. For example, exobiology, scanning and mapping planets. Which Citizen doesn't have. And one of the most important differences between Elite and Citizen is that it has been almost perfected for many years and it works like a clock. At any time of the day. For example, yesterday evening I wanted to stream ore mining in Grazhdanin and in the end I had to do most of the stream in Elite because mining in Grazhdanin for some reason didn't work normally today and mining ore was impossible and I switched to Elite to continue the stream. And this is the main problem with this game.

@@CitizenWeez I think it is an important point to raise given the fact that elite dangerous had a budget ~1.8% that of Star Citizen's (so far). Imagine if there was a 100km race, where you have to provide your own vehicle. Racer number 1 has a crapload of money, so he puts together a suped-up Nissan Skyline! Racer number 2 is on a shoestring budget and brings a fibreglass pedal car. The Nissan Skyline wins (obviously), but over that 100km race it only wins by about 30 seconds. A clear win under normal circumstances, but a Skyline only outpacing a pedal car by only 30 seconds? You would have to be: A. Seriously impressed by the pedal car, despite its loss. B. Seriously disappointed by the Skyline, despite its win. or C. Utterly delusional.

It could be so good, more of a mentor approach where you would be training and sending out assassin recruits to do missions, having more tactical game play
