If you’re a serious swimmer, I strongly recommend getting the wifi card and the app. It enables you to programme in drills with different speeds and durations. There is no “rest” setting but the slowest speed is the next best thing. The app is a bit clunky but it’s much more user friendly than the remote control.

My neighbor has one . His is inside and has a large ventilation hood above . Mine will be in my open basement . I hove I can have a exercise pool installed because my home is built on pre-formed large assembled braces. Lots of head room with open floor plan.
