Yes right now weather is 40 °C to 44 °C. But room temp is 28°C as I keep the AC on. So what would be the ideal water temperature

One of the few good diy ovens. You can improve that even when you fill out the oven side and top with firebricks. Then you would have a thermal mass and it would basically have no difference to real wood fired ovens.

Actually if you know how to handle the dough it won't be a problem, but if its the case, u should reduce the percentage of hydration for your dough.

Great idea and nicely executed. The only possible improvement i would think to try if i make this is use one half of the barrel as the inner skin as you have and then use the other half to make an outer covering over the insulation.
