I don't think you can do this with TP Link's managed controller. However, you can setup Omada controller on a cloud server yourself and then it would work.

Hi, thanks for sharing your knowledge. Is there any way to redirect devices to a guide page before login page. I want to redirect the users who have randomized mac in their wifi settings and force them via guided page to set device mac and if already set device mac the login page must be served.

Sure, the guide page can also be a page on the portal. You can redirect users based on their MAC to either guide page or portal main page.

First congratulations on the video! Now, some help if possible, I have a scenario similar to the one in your video: 1. Mikrotik Router 1. Freeradius With the local hostpot, from Mikrotik I can authenticate via FreeRadius smoothly, however, I need an external HostSpot application. I used your template, however, after logging in, the user is not released into Mikrotik. I tried solutions on the internet that led me to confusing solutions, such as using the FreeRadius API to authenticate the user and using the Mikrotik API. Is this necessary? Watching your video and analyzing your codes, I don't see anything like that!

It is normally done using time based quotas in RADIUS, but OpenNDS does not support RADIUS. For OpenNDS you can check out their timeouts and quotas: opennds.readthedocs.io/en/stable/config.html#set-volume-quotas

@@arrowtlg2646 you can send a dummy username password and configure your RADIUS to accept all credentials. You don't need to ask your user to enter credentials.

Most welcome. I haven't tested that, I've only worked with APs. But if it can be done via the web portal then it should be possible via API as well.
