Yeah it's definitely really hard, though doing the timeout strat definitely helps: 2nd pattern becomes way easier, 4th pattern is still tough, but with this strat you should be able to reduce the number of bombs/lives used

Thanks! Remilia has the best solo Youkai dps (Yuyuko’s shotgun is better but you can’t reliably use it in 99.9% of the patterns), so the spell doesn’t get too overwhelming but it’s still challenging. Yes the answer is practice, a lot of practice! The only advice I have is about the bubbles, when they bounce, the bounce is based on your position, so play around it to avoid making the bubbles trigger a lot of familiars

Understandable, the final seconds are very chaotic and even if you wanna practice only that part you have to waste a lot of time, thankfully someone made a patch for me to directly skip to the final phase, which helped a lot, because I think now that the best way to do it, is to move to the center left as soon as possible, to avoid dealing with overlapping waves. I know this might be hard to understand without a reference, so I think I will upload one of the captures I got with the patch.

It's not really stupid, I mean, the old static patches are just bad honestly, I prefer to use the thcrap ones, they are way better and I don't risk to break the compatibility with replays (which can happen with the old patches). Also I don't like anything that hard edit things, as I often switch to the JP version.

Remilia is one of my favourite characters and She's really fun to play in IN imo. Too bad Remilia isn't playable in more danmaku games. MarisaC in MoF is really similar though

It's annoying for sure, but I got better at it after a bit of practice, still not enough to be consistent but I don't care for now.

Doing this was really fun, also it's probably my 2nd favourite game, so definitely was a lot of fun. I'm not sure how long it took me, I mean I don't really know when I should start counting the time, I did Youmu and Alice LNNN back in July, but at that time I was busy with EoSD, so I think I started doing more serious practice around mid September. Yes you are right, I wasn't frustrated at all this time, I think I made good progress about my mentality, and I'm gonna keep working on it to improve every day.

I'll do PCB LNB eventually too (the only thing that speaks against it is actually that I don't wanna copy your every step xD). Though I want to do something with border manipulation, so maybe actively going for NBB and taking care of timing my borders to easy attacks could be a nice idea? Anyways, did you consider scoring PCB yet? I don't know how familiar you are with all of the scoring systems but PCB's seems really amazing to me (in theory, at least).

Oh don't worry about that, do whatever you like. I was lazy with the borders routing, but also because with SakuyaA you don't get a lot of borders so I was fine like that, but yeah can be a good idea, even though if you don't wanna abuse borders, just count them as miss, it's more enjoyable to do a run in that way, resetting just for having broken a border it's not a good way in my opinion, unless you already have an LNB. About scoring, no I haven't considered it and I will probably stay away from scoring for a good amount of time, I don't feel ready yet.

Not anytime soon, the gamble on rings and the nerves on IS are something I can't handle yet
