They have promised to solve my main door issue & yet not resolved which is posing a big security threat. The remaining locks bridges are not working. It took your team 2 months to figure this out. Absolutely Worthless brand.

Yale Connect is definitely a faulty device. only worked for 2 months and no longer connects to any devices.

Everything about yale is them assuming you'll understand their vague instructions. Painful.

Outdated technology. Today we have doorbells with cameras, storage recording, alarm, phone to talk to visitors. The resolution is also low. Today I answer the doorbell when I'm at the gym and ask the delivery man to leave the package at my neighbor's. Not to mention it is super expensive for what it offers.

the Yale Digital Door Viewer model #YRV740-wi is NOT the ideal for today modern home security camera. I purchased this unit back in late 2018 and installed on early 2019. At the time i thought it was convenient to replacing my front door peep hole. But the setup is a nightmare. I am a professional semiconductor engineer with DiY mind set. But the setup this unit is a nightmare, poor engineer from software connectivities and the technical support level is the WORST that i been experiences. I DO NOT recommending any yale products to anyone. stay away and search reviewers online so save your valuable time and money.

I wanted to share my experience again further to my last post about the horrible state of affairs after buying two high end yale locks. For last one month my lock Model no -YMF40+_APAC Sr.No- J8DI4100039, Complaint no - YLW311023046 dated 15th October remains unrepaired and disfuntional because i have not given into Yale company's service extortion for money demanding initially 24K for replacing the panel (because they do not have parts to repair the same). When i did not give in the revised offer in the name of discounted service extortion was Rs 20,000/-. This is sheer looting and fleecing innocent customers in the name of making service revenues through unethical means by charging customers for panel replacemements because this horrible company cannot repair the locks and deliberately does not keep faulty spare parts so that customers can be charges full panel costs whenever there is a service failure. This is a tried and tested service extortion of customers for money because if you dont pay then your main door auto loack does not work and therefore arm twist customers to pay. This is now going on for a month and my main door remains open because i have only my 80 year old mother in law at home who is not fully mobile and hence this eepensive investment was made. The entire purpose is defeated and the house and family members remain at risk because i have refused to this service extortion tactics of yale company. I am fighting for my rights as a consumer, but i want each customer to know about this pathetic expericence and the kind of company Yale is plus the shoddy high priced products they keep without adequate repair and spares facility. If you want to be also on such a list of customers who extorted into paying high costs for Yale company inadequacies , i guess choice is yours. Beware Prospective Customers.!

These locks are so frustrating. I changed my Wi-Fi network name and now the bridge even after resetting cannot be activated. This is the most finicky system.
