In the other problem was the loudest humming sound! 😅 I come up with the ideas how to stop it 💡 I use the styrofoam cushion as a pad, put in shape round, and put it around the edge on top of the motor housing from above the ceiling. I tested to see if it stopped making humming sound, and it worked. Sounds quiet 🤫 and it sounds smooth 😎 a problem solve

I really wanted to get one and put Kane blades on it and a schoolhouse light kit I'm pretty sure it would look pretty cool but use 42 inch blades to account for the fact that 52 inch chain blades and different brackets would be much heavier but it would look pretty cool at the end of the day I actually had the chance to buy one of those but I didn't buy it because there was a Casablanca zephyr sitting right next to it and I always wanted one so I bought that instead got it for 5 bucks

These and the second generation kind of got over-hated starting in Summer 2021; a couple of people even thought that they were one of the worst ceiling fans ever made, which I find that to be false. Even if they got over-hated, I at the same time started liking these way more than before.

Absolutely love this. I have a polished brass version but with three missing glass shades and a missing mounting bracket.

As much as I’m not a fan of the lakeside in general but you definitely found the older version of this fan and I believe this is the CEI version of this and probably the cooler version imo

What is the date code on the ZNS? I saw somewhere that they came out in October of 2006, but I don’t know.

Really shouldn’t have those things so close to the panel, the MS-4 HATES mechanical horns. The EMF in the older horns like these can mess up the panel if you have them really close or run them for too long.
