Hey man thanks for sharing these amazing! Might be too much to ask, but would it be possible for you to upload the vocal version of the intro of VF3? I remember hearing that track on a VF3 event that I believe was uploaded here on youtube, and at the start of it there was a vocal cover of vf3's intro by the man himself. If you manage to do so, I would be very thankful.

@@thesch2867 Oh yeah you're right, I didn't even realize I was already listening to it. For some weird reason brain confused this as a cover of Jacky Bryant's VF3 theme but its actually the cover of the VF3 intro. Thank you very much and sorry for the trouble. :)

These "extra/hidden" songs in VF5R (and VF5FS's home ports) are actually from Virtua Fighter T, a pachislot game obviously exclusive to Japan. There's four of them: Akira, Kage, Aoi and Jacky. It's a nice easter egg that they were added to the actual games!

wow, it's like the Saturn port (fake 3d backgrounds) but with lighting (missing in the Saturn port). Sound effects are crisper. Resolution seems higher but still with aliasing artefacts. Textures are good but... they are a bit weird. What's with the bat flying in Jack's stage?

I honestly can't believe Ranking Mode and Tournament Mode weren't included in Virtual Fighter for Saturn. Those two modes could bring more people to continue playing that version and therefore have fun with friends. I hope one day some hero will do a VF Hack bringing these two modes into the SEGA Saturn version. I know it's hard to hack the Saturn, but hope is always there.

Nice gameplay, and I must say Jacky is a killer in VF2. However, what surprised me, that's PC version is a port from Sega Saturn, not arcade. Because the backgrounds are quasi 3D like it was on the Saturn. You can notice it, especially on the Shun Di stage, where arena is standstill while on the arcade we fight on the areas which is moving, through the river, and at some points, the arena is moving under the 3D modelled bridge. Nevertheless this version looks nice and reminds me good old Sega Saturn days 😀 Thanks for this video and 👍&sub for you 🙂

Other than evasion manoeuvres jumping is suicidal in this game. Also, I thought you needed to not lose a round to get the bonus ending with Dural.

Actually you can find it pretty cheap on ebay, I've seen a lot of brand new copies go for 10 dollars there.
