Hey! I met you up at glencoe! Great video! I'm looking forward to see what you make of Overton house and dog suicide bridge! Remember my story, I was stood on the bridge playin the pipes and felt a wee dog brushing past the back of my legs and turned around and there was nothing there!!¡! Freaked me out! Hope you're both well! ☮️❤️

That wasn't a well. It was a filled in mineshaft. The place is riddled with lead mines and gold mines.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. The creek you found the amethyst in, are actually the place where people tend to go to clean up their finds. What you found, is probably what people left there after cleaning their finds. One popular site for collecting on the mountain is just around the corner from there. If you take left instead of right as you did at the fork here, cross the stream and then go directly right, you will find a spot where people have been poking around in the gravel. There is a amethyst vein crossing the hillside which was exposed when building the road many years ago. Go there next time and I’m pretty sure you will much more of this beautiful rock. Happy hunting! /Viktor

@viktormagnusson2925 would you be willing to share roughly how to find this area on the hill please? I'm planning my first trip there asap, coming from Central Scotland, hoping to find a piece of purple magic! 🤩🤣

If you go to Eyemouth, which isn’t far from Dunbar, you can feed seals in the harbour.

Wow! Good idea! We also plan to see some dolphins in future but dolphins spots seem further north.

They’re called the Ochils Hills. The highest point on the Ochils is called Ben Cleuch. Castle Campbell, which is the castle up Dollar Glen, is always worth a visit.

Exactly, we need to visit both, Ben cleuch and Castle Campbell but was closed for visitors, there is some maintenance job going through.

@@brokenumbrella1721 I’ve visited, years back, and from what I can remember, it is really interesting. It’s worth a revisit, when it is open again.
