Hey Lee, I wanted to know what is the best way to contact you for a question I have about the business. Is it through your website or on KZbin somehow?

Hey man congrats on the trailer upgrade! After you do the E Track, EPOXY the floor. You will extend the hell outta the floor and throw some sand down while it’s still wet and setting up so you got grip when it’s wet.

Man you’ve inspired me and my fiance to do this as our side hustle. Took some out of my savings and started on May 2024, three months later we made that money back and bought our first used pick up truck 🛻. Thanks for inspiring us and motivating everyone else that watches you. One thing I have to work on is being a good boss and not getting mad about little things that we mess up.

Lee, do you manually change and charge the right delivery fee if customer selected SMALL DELIVERY but it actually qualifies for a MEDIUM DELIVERY. Can't go about educating the customer on what is considered SMALL VS MED VS LRG DELIVERY. Appreciate the vlogs, super informative and wish you all the success!
@therentalguy8 күн бұрын
@@imdads2185 Yes, we will change and charge if the customer makes the wrong choice on our website. However, the website is designed to make pickup seem like the logical choice for smaller orders. But the reason that we have small, medium and large deliveries is because we have a minivan that is great on gas and can only handle a small amount of items so it would make sense to charge less for deliveries. As for our other 2 vehicles: we like to keep the box truck for in town deliveries and the van and trailer for out of town tents. Anything out of town we go large because we also need to cover the labour. If it is very far out of town we will charge a large delivery and a small delivery to haul staff, as well as kms for each vehicle. The far out of town ones always throw the schedule out of whack so make sure and charge lots so that you are covered for anything that may come up (because something unexpected usually does).

Any advice for getting 40wide jobs? When rolling those tops it can be helpful to always roll lace to grommet or vice versa just so you know which to unroll on future installs

Are those top sections different? What height were the center poles and 7 or 8ft sides? Interested in similar machines for similar tents. Any issues with tracks damaging grass?
