So is it harder to find African guys and settling down or its generally hard even though you are open to interacial relationships?
@PamelaAttwood6 күн бұрын
Excellent points of reference. The nanny and house maid options in South Africa are true. You only have to look what happened a few years ago with a South African Doctor and his wife and the mental health issue she had. The soft life of having nannies with childcare and the sad result of of what happened to 3 little girls. The cost of living in NZ is high. Most people immigrating from SA, unless they are true multi millionaires, will have to accept a lower standard of living in NZ. The first immigrants start with their skills, the second, especially if NZ born build on that, the third are successful. Most immigrants under estimate the issue of family ties back in their country of birth. Also in the modern age technology helps with communication. Air travel as well. My ancestors came in the 1870s and 1880s, by sea, for months and was a one way ticket. Never going back to the Uk.

Another excellent presentation. In the 1950s to late 1970s at school and at home children were treated with punishment with more physical discipline . Then attitudes changed. Fast food outlets KFC, Macca's , Pizza etc were not in NZ until the 1970s and onwards so older NZers over 55+ never were used to eating at these businesses regularly. The African Continent is always going to beat most countries with wildlife, lions, leopards, cheetah, Elephant, zebras, gazelle, water Buffalo, gorilla and so many more.

Well done ladies. Great information for new migrants and students from the African Continent. New Zealand's African population is still very small, diverse and new in established years. Some of the longest groups here have originally been refugees thru the UN, for example the Somalians and Sudanese coming in the very late 1980s and 1990s.
