For context, the median sale price on the Eastside in April 2021: $1,062,783 In April 2022: $1,526,500. In raw dollars, that's an increase of $463,717 in just one year. That's a lot of equity!

Hi Brett. Thanks for your excellent video on cooking and cleaning a Dungeness crab. There seems to be a few ways people go about killing the crab. I follow the method you've outlined here. Some people take the live crab and break open the shell (as you did after boiling), clean the halves, and then boil the two cleaned halves.
