I've always thought that I needed to give up bread to lose weight. Bread normally bloats me, that being store bought bread......makes me wonder if I made bread at home would it bother me. I love a good veggie sandwich. Will you ever have a sale to join your community? I am on Social security and just can't afford it now. Love seeing these type videos. How many calories are you eating if you are only eating 1 time a day, with such low calorie foods? Doesn't look like enough calories.

I average between 1200 and 1600 calories per day in one meal. Watch more examples in the OMAD playlist. This one was very peach and grape-heavy.

@@annelewis7435 This routine regulates hormones and sleep. I’m turning 52 years old next month, and my cycle is perfect every 28 days. I’m ovulating monthly. My skin is clear, and I have not had any hot flashes or any perimenopause symptoms. Most OMAD fasting information is based on short-term practice and a diet high in natural hormones from meat and dairy. We do not eat any processed foods or sugar. Fasting on a Protective Diet improves fertility. Our community of fasters is experiencing the same and sleeping like rocks! I love it and feel amazing with high energy. I'm a shelf-stable water bath canning marmalade this year. I have 38 pounds of Valencia oranges. When I made this video, I didn't have enough to process them for shelf-stable storage. In this video, all I did was boil to activate the pectin, and then I refrigerated and consumed it within a week. This year, I will hot pack them into sterilized jars and process them in boiling water for 15 minutes. They will be shelf stable for long term storage.

I'm so glad I found your channel!! I LOVE how healthy and healing you eat!! When I was younger and thin, I naturally ate once a day. But then stress/life/bad habits took over, and I gained a bunch of weight due to snacking ALL DAY, and I started having insane sweet cravings! I am in the process of breaking years of bad eating and trying to get back to OMAD. I am at two meals a day in a 5-6 hour eating window, and I'm trying to get to OMAD with maximum nutrients. Again, I'm so glad I found your channel!!! 🎉 I'm excited to start cooking your recipes!!
