Yes, it can be used as a conditioner, but not in the same way you would use a traditional conditioner.

I don’t wear a wig, but you can help these women with those social worker looking wigs, please. Also, please instruct them that your scalp is lighter than your whole body. Stop putting that dark foundation on, it doesn’t make it look authentic… Thank you
