I didn't watch your video because I know it is for beginners but I will ask you a question maybe you have the answer for it for driving an air blower motor What are the critical parameters that I should give them more attention to to prevent the VFD from faulting with overload or over voltage . The second question is what parameters I should adjust to move a heavy load machine in low speed with direct motor no gear box just a synchronous belt. You can choose any brand but I prefer Mitsubishi or Fuji just Give me the parameters number.thanks for sharing your knowledge with us

hi bro thank you for your feedback. in any VFD brand there are selective model VFD for heavy machinery and simple machine. we need to select accordingly. also some of VFD has 2 ratings like... the same VFD 18.5kw (HD - HEAVY DUTY) and 22kw ND-NORMAL DUTY. so we can select the same. and in parameter in control mode option Select sensor less vector control for heavy motor with gear box /direct best driven. if you run normal machine like ex fan or AHU motor select V/F control (voltage frequency control) i hope u understand if you need more details please let me know if u want to know exact parameter number please let me know the VFD make and model.

@@sennapparajan.p thanks I will try this but I am not sure . because during my career where I had air blowers I get VFD overload fault sometimes every 2 weeks sometimes after 2 or 3 Months all this from different brands and different machines

if logo possible to change the analog output with count value. for example, when counter is 1, then Ao=100. when counter is 2, then Ao=250. when counter is 3, Ao=800

Hi.. the level is based on our setting in PLC. we can set any level for triggering by PLC programming. example.. 0-20 PPM level is normal if CO level goes above 20PPm we can start the FAN and extract it. hope u got an idea.
