Is this the same as Galaxy’s Edge smuggler's run Millennium Falcon?

@NICKSTOYBARN • someone's selling the smugglers run for $500 should I get it over this one?
@NICKSTOYBARN5 күн бұрын
@@J.D.Vision well as you know I prefer the Legacy Falcon.. But if I was you I would check out the prices of both of them to see if 500 dollars is a good price or not.. for that kind of price I would expect it to be sealed in box.. A mint in sealed box Legacy Falcon would probably cost you more than that.. personally I would buy one out of the box so you can display it.. and it would be a lot cheaper.. 👍😎👍

Hey, Nick, as a former serving soldier, I was intrigued by your 4oth Anniversary collection; the RMP set highlights the Sterling submachine gun (L2A3), tho' it's magazine is inaccurate - it should be a banana clip, not perpendicular to (& opposite) the shell exhaust port; a Palitoy/Hasbro error ? Many, many years ago, a friend of mine had a WWII Japanese soldier action man iteration; as I understand it, that figure & uniform alone, are incredibly rare to obtain. Fun & interesting video !
@NICKSTOYBARNАй бұрын
It was probably cheaper to make like that.. Palitoy and Hasbro always liked to save money.. The Japanese Action man is one of the rarest to find and mega expensive.. 👍😎👍
@andrewtongue7084Ай бұрын
Production costs do make sense - a shame tho' considering they have the L1A1 FN SLR so well detailed. I've only ever seen (that) one Japanese soldier; if he still owns it, I hope he has it well insured. In retrospect, it was the only Action Man that had archetypal almond shaped eyes & a sharper jawline than the Western physiognomy...you might even say, sublime. Take it easy, Nick.

@@NICKSTOYBARN Do you think the land rover Jeep looks better? Even though it's brittle. Although mine is missing the wheel straps and the glass it was a toy I wanted as a child it still came with it's original paperwork and the scout car is missing the machine gun but really great value got both really cheap
@NICKSTOYBARN3 ай бұрын
@@davidneal9368 Definitely.. The Land Rover is way better and more desirable to collectors.. being brittle just makes it harder to find in good condition.. The plastic windscreen is an easy fix.. just cut a piece of perspex to size and drill the holes.. or you can buy a reproduction on eBay.. you could even make a new bonnet strap.. all the clips you need could be found on an old Red Devils front parachute which can be picked up cheap.. Restoration is part of the fun.. 👍😎👍

That jeep looks better quality than the action man land rover Jeep. Love to get my hands on these vehicles. I had the scorpion tank as well as the boat and cannon. I still had them right up to the early 2000s and then gave them away along with my first action man. Now I regret it. Couple years ago I wanted an action man. So early months of last year I picked up a 1982 talking commander with eagle eye unboxed. Then February of this year I started collecting them. A 73 Field commander and field radio set boxed and a G. I Joe Duke soldier unboxed saved money so picked up a spare uniform. March another 73 action man pilot missing helmet and of course the land rover Jeep and scout car. April 2 90s action man figures and dinghy complete with motor board. Then last month an Action man Cadet Officer boxed made by art and science Hasbro really pleased with it. Then came across the Deep water salvage uniform still packaged and a small bag of weapons in silver. Not sure what uniform these accessories came with. Then a star wars force of destiny female figure unboxed. Next day I picked up the Storm Trooper and Finn I have found out no sooner you pick one up you want to get another one the next day. But no matter how many you collect you can't replace the action man you played with as a kid. Had him now he'd be in my cabinet
