So sorry to hear you guys complain deeply of failing the exam. But I will assure you that Nclex exam won't be a problem to you anymore,if you work with someone like Mr Andrew . he help me through my exam and I made it through.

No you don't have to do all these. Instead, Nursing care includes - patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, IV and oral medications, attending rounds, providing necessary cares, performing procedures like cannulation, catheterization, Attending multidisciplinary meetings etc

It's upto your interest but I personally prefer adult nursing. You have to deal with dead bodies almost everyday only if you work in critical wards like ICU, CCU, emergency andNICU. In general wards, you can deal with stable cases like Fever, Flu, Pneumonia, urinary tract infection, surgical cases (pre or post) etc. I hope this answer helps.

NHS ma Ali garo xa Aile job pauna. But you can apply for nursing homes and aged care. Also you can take help from consultancies to get the job.
