This is the first time I have heard this composer's work and it truly is a most interesting piece. There are quiet reflective passages and then rapidly moving stretches with strident parts that seem to me to reflect the cacophony you can hear in streets. Echoes of different cultures are there. I don't know if that's what the composer was going for and I am not qualified to comment on music but I liked it anyway.Well done to John Alexander and the artists' spirited performance. K.L.F.

First of all, beautiful playing and interpretation. As far as I can see you play the piece in orchestra tuning. I only have a solo tuning version from Schott. Which version do you have if I may ask?
