We only tried the large model rubber strap, however 50% of the rubber straps having fitting problem. We had to take it off our website since most of the them does not fit. We are not going to sell the rubber strap for Cartier Santos large or medium.

The rubber strap is too thick? You can try to take out the screws on the buckle. Might be easier for rubber strap. This is the video show you how to take off the screw. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJOqg56cqqtogbc

Great! I was able to find a place in Miami who carried alligator in orange and have changed my timepiece several times with that color. I get lots of compliments on it when I wear my J-L. Can you find that color and what is your price to make the strap? Thank you.

Yes. Large Cartier Santos lug size is 21mm for watch end and 18mm for the buckle end. Medium Santos is 19mm for watch end and 16mm for the buckle end

The 2 pins are tight together (not screw together). So you can pull it hard from each side, then it will separate the 2 pins. Then when you install it, you just need a hammer to knock it tight
