The east/west avenues...are named Anderderton, Beckensill, (not Beaufort)......The street sign is on the corner just below Cliffe Avenue behind the Sleepy Hollow.

We may not have any factories here but you forgot to include the jobs on the water, which is a huge employer. Two of our kids work on the ferries, one as a ticket agent, one as an operator. Another son works as a marine engineer for a company, and yet another son works for that same company as a heavy duty mechanic. There is also fishing, towing, etc. on the water here. Also, I flew to England last year from Comox, and back. It was the cheapest rate I could find, cheaper than going to Vancouver. Good video, though! Very thorough.
