I’ve been making my own almond flour for years. Because I’m a diabetic and also because I don’t eat any grains. You do not need to use your food processor for this, a nut grinder does it fine. That’s what it looked like she was using. It will make one cup at a time, most almond flour baked goods usually just need one or no more than two cups of flour. The use of almond flour has grown greatly because of the keto diet. I’m not doing keto but keep almond baked goods to replace white flour baked products. It cost a lot more than white flour but it’s worth it to me. Whenever friends drop by they asked me,(do you have some of those blueberry muffins made up. )Everyone loves them.
